Please do not distribute the document, or reveal spoilers for other patrons. DO feel free to reach out for a chat about the show’s content, or any additional accessibility requests. I will always respond, and do my best to accommodate your needs.
Relaxed Performances
At relaxed performances, I will be starting the show off with an introduction of myself, my work, and the form the performance will take. I will announce trigger warnings, discuss sensitive topics, and prepare the audience for any sudden sound or lighting cues. The house lights will be on high enough to see your programs during the show, and patrons are free to come and go as they please throughout the performance. Additionally, patrons may go to a quiet space in the lobby to rest, and are welcome back in at any time. At these performances, patrons may interact with me as I perform, and do not have to worry about standard theatre etiquette, beyond being respectful of others.
